Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) are typically processed the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Delivery Method and Fees
We offer the following shipping option:
Courier 48/72 Hours – £5.00
A tracked courier service with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email.

A dispatch notification email containing tracking details.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the parcel is not collected from the courier’s depot and returned to us, the order may be returned. In such cases:

We can resend the order (additional shipping charges apply), or

We can refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
6. Damaged, Late or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or of the expected delivery date.

7. Lost Parcels
A parcel is considered lost only after the courier has completed its investigation and confirms the loss.
Before this confirmation, we are unable to issue refunds or send replacements.
Once confirmed lost, you may choose between:

A replacement item (subject to availability)
8. Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer:

9. Combining Orders
We cannot guarantee that multiple separate orders can be combined into one shipment.
